Get ready for a blast from the past.

Atari announced that it will releasing Atari Vault, a collection of 100 quintessential Atari games, sometime this Spring. The compilation will be available to download on Steam, and includes fan-favorite games such as Asteroids, Centipede, Missile Commnd, and a whole host of others. You can also play many of these games through Atari Arcade on any computer (and if you use Internet Explorer or Edge, you'll be able to play ad-free).

The games are compatible with the Steam Controller, which should help you better control Pitfall Harry through the menace of the jungle. But don't worry, all of the old music and sound effects will stay true to the original games.

Missile Command is one of the confirmed titles for Atari Vault.

Atari plans to show off Vault at PAX South at the end of the month (January 29th through the 31st). Hopefully the company will have more news about which games are included, if ther will be Mac compatibility, and how much the bundle is going to cost. Atari will also be exhibiting RollerCoaster Tycoon World and Pridefest at PAX South.

The next big software update for iPhone is coming sometime in April and will include a Food section in Apple News+, an easy-to-miss new Ambient Music app, Priority Notifications thanks to Apple Intelligence, and updates to apps like Mail, Photos, Podcasts, and Safari. See what else is coming to your iPhone with the iOS 18.4 update.
