I recently had a problem with my facebook account i seem to have lost 90% of my friends list this is the second time it has happened.my friends list is down to 25 instead of200+also there is no record of me deleting anyone on my activity log. I can't possibly find and send request to everyone on that list can anyone help me retrieve those friends.thank you

So in my view there are several options.
1.Contact facebook help centre , they will be much more efficient in helping you then you are looking for help on this forum.
2.Someone definitely have your user name and password.It could be your friend or sibling just to annoy you.It happened with me twice as well.
3.You should change you password and you should definitely use two factor authentication method introduced by facebook which is really nice protection against someone hacking your account.
